is the only person authorized to list their property for sale. PDF items

Take pictures of your property.

The first picture must be of the exterior of the building
and a yard sign must not be visible.

Different MLS's allow listings to contain different numbers
of pictures, but most allow between 10 and 20.
Therefore, take as many pictures as you would like but be
sure to label them in numerical order, with #1 being the
most important and, for example, #20 being the least important.

Submit your packet.

Send an email to
justin@cali-mls.net
and include the following information:
- Include the
documentation you completed in Step 1
- Include the
pictures you took from Step 3

If necessary, send Step 1 items by mail

Make your $225 payment. Please pay by using one of the
following options:
